Please be aware that the club holds the right to cancel your booking if the correct affiliation number is not provided during the registration/booking of your team. Please register only if you have your affiliation number ready. We cannot update your affiliation number at a later stage.
In the event of booking cancellation, the club retains the right to reject refund requests. This policy also applies to bookings made within 4 weeks of the tournament date. Refunds will not be granted in the case of team withdrawal from our tournament. Additionally, the club reserves the right to deny refunds if our services are disrupted due to adverse weather conditions, another lockdown, or other restrictions imposed by the Government.
